Food it’s so good but sometimes cold :(. I’m disappointed because there is not free no alkohol drinks just Pepsi,Fanta,sprite, ice tea. Hotel is so beautiful and people are so nice and cool. I recommend massage from Nisa in spa. Beach is so close. Very nice

Very good massage from Burul in hotel spa centre, the whole experience was very pleasand, massages were on par. Hotel is good, food is decent, we will surely come back. Staff is very friendly, animation team is awesome, i recommend it, and we will definetly come back. Valdas

My Turkish massage was amazing, thanks to Asel it was great. My skin is very soft and I feel really good. Very nice time, all staff very nice and helpful. The atmosphere very calm. I recommend it to everyone. During the process you will get water, tea and fruit.

I had the pleasure of experiencing Turkish baths with Asel, which included a full peeling treatment. In addition, I enjoyed a relaxing sauna session, a very pleasant massage, and a rejuvenating facial mask. I highly recommend Asel for her exceptional service and professionalism, thank you for this moment.

Have stayed in Antalya before and had an amazing stay. This time booked The White Gold Hotel in Analya and have been here for 2 days so far and want to get out of here today. Unfortunately booked here for another 5 days. We booked an ALL INCLUSIVE PACKAGE for 7 adults (myself, wife, son & family, daughter and family). Booked it on very high recommendation of Blue Sea Travel in London. When we got here at 11.20pm took us 40 mins to get checked in and get the bags to my room as only 1 person to handle baggage. Wanted to use the digital electronic safe in our room which is the same as all hotel safes and we were charged euros 2 per day so had to pay 16.00 euros for the safe. Wi-fi is available through the hotel but very weak unless you are in the lobby. Had to go to reception 4 times to ask for an Iron and ironing board as they didn’t understand me on the phone. Reception said there is a 2 euro charge for an iron after I kicked up a major fuss he said I can take it without paying. Being all inclusive you expect all soft drinks and non alcoholic cocktails to be free but they charge 10.00 euros for a non alcoholic cocktail. If you want a fresh orange juice it’s 3 euros. They have a fridge in the room but nothing in it. If you call reception a few times you will get 2 or 3 bottles of water. Only 1 Resturant in the hotel which serves a buffet all inclusive breakfast, lunch and dinner. Staff is generally rude, inattentive, whilst I do not expect them to go above and beyond, surely requesting for fresh milk for an 18 month old is not too much to ask for. Whilst this hotel claims to be 5 STAR I would rate it based on my stays in everything from a 2 star to amazing 5 star hotels as between 2.5 and 3 star tops. I have another 5 nights and feel I will regret being here for the rest on my stay as will my family.

Wulan is a very competent massage therapist and I have been very satisfied with her treatment. Must say that she is really good at this job and I have being very content 😍😍 I will definitely give her 10 big stars and more if possible, she deserves it

This review is for the spa experience! I took an aroma massage and oh boy was it good. You'll definately get your moneys worth, sauna was very pleasant and the massagers were very hospitable. Ask for Wulan for the massage, you wont be dissapointed.

Stayed 1-9th July 2024, did not like it. Same food every day-mainly chicken, turkey and processed meat, french fries served even for breakfast, couldn't eat most of deserts. Ice cream served only on Mondays. Hotel uses city beach-sand and gravel and full of cigarette butts. It is located across the road from hotel. There is a tunnel from hotel to the beach (1 minute walk), smells urine, very dark, the beach and hotel are full of russians and ukrainians. No hotel bar on the beach so no drinks available, walk back to the hotel and get your drinks from there. There is a hotel pier on the beach which closes at 7 pm. Towels in the room aren't changed daily, deposit required for beach towels. Hotel is located centrally on the busy road, very noisy 24/7. Hotel pool is very small. Reception guys aren't much helpful. Hotel staff do only what's required from them as per job description, no one is interested in going above and beyond (or a little more than job spec says).
